• Business Days: Processing time is calculated in business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and statutory holidays.

• Processing Delays: Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 5 PM (EST) will begin processing on the next business day.

We partner with Canada Post for all shipments.

• Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–9 business days, depending on your location.

• Delivery Areas: We currently ship within Canada only.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
